Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At LINEA, we believe in straightforward, no-surprise shipping. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK).

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times
- European Union: 5 to 15 business days
- United Kingdom: 6 to 20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays caused by courier networks or customs processing are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help you track your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For orders to the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LINEA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
